The service and staff are nice. But it’s not nice when you show up for a routine cleaning and they tell you, you have an outstanding balance from your last visit a year ago. They don’t send you bill or even a notice there is an outstanding balance. But they will send you 50 texts reminding you of your appointment. They will have you confirm via Tex/email and then they will call to get a verbal confirmation . Very happy with my first experience at Aspen Dental. Everyone was so nice, helpful and informative. I have extremely high anxiety going to the dentist. They were very kind and understanding. I highly recommend them if your looking for a dentist.
My initial visit was due to an emergency. They were able to take x-rays and confirm the problem and schedule my procedure the following week. The entire staff is very kind and accommodating. Dr. Ali is hands-down the absolute best. I suffer from anxiety and throughout the entire procedure he talked me through it and kept me very calm. He is very professional and down to earth. Thank you for your patience as always. Aspen Dental is my go to for any dental work. Thank you to the entire staff and Dr. Ali.
Everyone was great. Things were a little slow due to one of the doctors having an emergency. Everyone kept me informed and did their absolute best to keep everyone informed. Definitely going to be back for a cleaning once I am healed from having my fractured tooth pulled
