DO NOT GO HERE!!! Second time I've used this location. First time it was me, this time it was my wife that got screwed over. She went in for a simple cleaning, they claimed it was 500 for a simple routine cleaning. 300 after insurance. I have Tricare, we get 2 free cleaning a year that are 100% covered.(This is the first cleaning of the year) Aspen refused to use our insurance and insisted that we pay the 300 immediately or they wouldn't do the cleaning. I absolutely hate going to the dentist but Alexis and Rhianna make me feel comfortable. They are great! Wouldn’t go anywhere else…. I wasn’t satisfied with the fit of my teeth and they made me a new set! I would highly recommend!
I was seen today and couldn’t be happier with the staff! Very professional and very approachable with my concerns I had. Shayla Linker RDH took her time and went above and beyond cleaning my teeth today and made sure I comfortable during the process! I paid out of pocket for my visit due to insurance not being accepted and I would do it again! Thank you to all the staff!
Love this office so much! From check in to check out all of the staff is just amazing, friendly and welcoming! Dr. Ryan, Reanna (?), Shayla (hygienist) and Liv (dental assistant) worked on my teeth and ALL made me feel like I found my new dental home! Brittany at check out was so friendly and helpful as well! The entire dental office staff is just so awesome!! Thank you ALL for making my dental experience a great one!!! 🫶🏼
