If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely shocked at level of care. Went in after a fall breaking two front crowns and causing a front tooth to be loose. Was assessed with x-ray and given a plan for replacing the two crowns and crowning the loose tooth. Was treated with very little time/care and had to actually ask to meet with the dentist to better understand the recommendations. Amazing dental personnel, right from the front desk all the way to the doctor. They’re very respectful and polite. It’s evident that they are very knowledgeable and professional in their field of expertise and highly experienced. My visit was amazing!!
I was a long time customer of Aspen. I had a root canal done in March 2021. Aspen failed to submit the bill to my insurance company within the 180 day time frame. I tried to dispute it, but my insurance wouldn’t make an exception and cover it. I never received any kind of notification from my insurance company or Aspen regarding this bill. I was forced to pay over $600 I had to make several phone calls and two visits to the office before they could finally take my payment. I had a mixed opinion regarding Aspen, I will say first the Staff were Exceptionally kind, and tolerant to clients as I waited, only five minutes or so,the interactions of the staff to patients was very reassuring, comforting even! Also, I have seen the finished product of they're denture's and they are perfectly done! Here's the trouble of it, they do not take Mass Health, and without insurance they came up with a figure that was 11,000 and more! But, here's the real kicker.. Guilty of extortion & medical malpractice! Made me pay over $15,000 up front or no surgery, then the dentures were left with sharp edges and gagged me! They will only give back $2k when dentures are returned. The work wasn't even finished!!! Didn't even get to do a soft reline! Incomplete treatment. In dealing with the Attorney General's office, Aspen was only going to give back $3k, if I returned the dentures.
