I was in a mid-morning crisis and I was immediately given an appointment for early afternoon.\nI was seen , on time, no waiting. My problem was taken care of within a half hour and I was free to go to the lake as planned . My warranty took care of it which was another perk. What started off as a morning of dread became a joyful day of relaxation and fun day with family and friends.
My son and I went in for a consultation visit and from the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and professional. The person who took the x-rays made it as quick and comfortable as possible. The dentist took the time to explain the work needed with no pressure. And, special thanks goes to the office manager for helping to work out a 'plan of action'...she is obviously very knowledgeable in her job and did her best to make the financial end of it painless!
I have a MAJOR fear of dentists, but I have to say, my experience at Aspen Dental was fantastic!! Everyone was very friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel at ease. They explained everything very clearly, and patiently, and throughout the procedure, made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I highly recommend them to everyone!
