Excellent service, wonderful group of ladies here that are great at what they do. Both knowledgeable and professional when it comes to working with you and getting the job done. If I could leave zero stars I would! I made an appointment a month in advance and had to drive over an hr to get to the appointment! When I got there they said because I didn’t answer the phone when they called a day prior so they canceled the appointment. They didn’t even leave a message to have my call back or anything. I was on a plane the day before so there was no way I would have got that call. They claimed they texted me as well but no text was ever received. The people doing work were pretty nice, but they manager recommended an absolutely horrible payment plan service through Healthcare Finance direct. DO NOT DO THIS. It is a terrible company and customer support is hard to reach, they don't talk to you with any emotion of humanity.
I don't even know where to start. I have extreme dental anxiety and I cannot express how comfortable the hygienist at the Topsham location made me feel at my initial exam, and also during my cleaning. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I would. Just truly wonderful people doing excellent work. I have a few more visits/procedures that I have to undergo but I feel at ease about the process now because I know that I'm in great hands. So grateful, truly.
