I'd give 0 stars if possible. A girl came out and got me while already wearing gloves, didn't tell me her name, had me stand in a machine then sit down and hold some thing in my mouth without telling me what we were doing or why. Just told me to "open" and then went to work with a horribly uncomfortable camera thingy. Never got her name, or her friend she came and got who I could hear them having an attitude about me just outside the tiny closet without a door I was in for X-rays. Horrible company avoid going here. Never go here for dental cleaning. The sole aim of this establishment is to rip you off your money. I had scheduled a dental cleaning appointment, they never did the cleaning while I was there. They did a checkup and took a few X-rays (they did not give me the reports). The dentist said that the reports look okay, but the hygienist (who is not a doctor) recommend a cleaning treatment which had a quote of $4000. Which was equivalent to $2400 out of pocket for me. They are very through, but the prices are hard to handle. Can't get a payment plan to fix my teeth. My gums are in serious need of attention. I wish they could do more to help. I am desperate, I am disabled trying to take care of my family. Any suggestions would be great. They offered me a 25% discount, but I don't know what the new total is. Went in today to sit down and game plan things that I need done. And ended up having my bottom wisdom teeth taken out. The entire staff at Aspen dental was amazing. Very kind and caring and couldn't have asked for a better team to be taking care of me. I was petrified of going to the dentist but knew I needed things taken care of. So I took a deep breath and made the plunge into setting up and appt to begin the process. They were very friendly fast and efficient. This is not my family dentist, but after yesterday they will be. They got me in within a day (would have been same day but my emergency was over the weekend) treatment me so kind. The staff was very fast and pleasant. There's nothing bad I can say. Thank you guy for your help and I'll see you at my next appointment ‼️
