Everyone at Aspen Dental has been incredibly helpful each time I come in! My hygienist has been the best, and I always feel like my teeth are being cared for well! Thank you so much to this team of caring professionals!
Did lots of x-rays. My doctor listened to me which was great. She took photos thinking I was talking about one thing and when realizing I was talking about something else, she found my issue. Appreciate her talking to me, spending time with me to verify we were on the same page. Very happy with them.
Staff were very helpful once I told them my husband suffers from dementia. They easily changed the focus of our visit to his infected tooth, even though they thought he was there as a new patient. (It is difficult when making appointments online to provide the context of an emergency.) They fit him in and we’re great explaining everything they were doing during the extraction. He kept calm and followed the doctor’s instructions. It was a positive experience for us. Thank you.
I was taken into the exam room right on time. Everyone from the x-ray tech, to the hygienist, to the dentist, to the office staff was friendly, explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I even scheduled an appointment for a cleaning next week. Awesome experience. Thank you.
My first time going to aspirin dental was last March the staff was amazing. The doctor was wonderful. Well, the staff from last year is no longer there. The new staff is horrible and races. It takes forever for them to give you an appointment when you’re telling them you is in tremendous amount of pain then when you get there, everybody at the front desk is rude they don’t acknowledge you and they turn their backs to you and walk away.
