I have seen a marked improvement in patient experience. Front desk is pleasant and informative. Dentists and assistant explain entire procedure. Asked several times if I was ok. I have a low tolerance for pain. The staff made sure I was comfortable. The place was clean. I highly recommend this Aspen dental practice.
The staff and doctor here at Aspen Dental in Ithaca were great. I went in to get a consultation about getting a tooth pulled. The doctor knew I was on a tight schedule so he made time for me to get my tooth out and me on my way as fast as he could. He was very kind and understanding of my anxiety for dentists. Thank you so much Aspen Dental for taking such good care of me.
I visited Aspen Dental Care and was not satisfied with their service. It is unacceptable since it took them twenty minutes to clean my teeth and other dentists normally take an hour to clean my teeth! I feel like my teeth weren't clean at all! I find the service very expensive for what they do!! I don't recommend them at all...
The only good thing about this place is their availability and the easiness to schedule an appointment, considering all the other dentist offices in town are scheduled months out (maybe that’s the first red flag). The “consultant” I had was a straight up salesperson who wanted to up-sale unnecessary service. I ended up paying out of pocket for a fancy x-ray that was not covered by my insurance (whereas the dentist office my partner goes to always do a standard x-ray that’s covered by insurance), and not having my teeth clean... read more
I needed to have a crown re-cemented and found few local dentists willing to see me quickly. I got an appointment at Aspen the day after I called. Despite Yelp reviews suggesting the staff were grumpy or inefficient, I found everyone to be pleasant and professional. I waited a bit longer than I would have liked, but I found the dentist and the dental assistant to be thorough and effective.
