UPDATE: Only a day has past and I went elsewhere for a second opinion. (which saved me over $1,200.00) After leaving Aspen dental yesterday, I called back and asked if they could send my Xrays over to Aegis in Goshen.(See review) Aspen Dental neglected to do so per my request. (While I was at my new appointment with Aegis the ladies there said they often have trouble getting xrays from Aspen) needless to say Aegis did new xrays and things were negligently missed by Aspen Dental (by both the hygienist and Dr.Kapoor.......)Th... read more
Staff was so friendly and helpful when covering insurance, fees And services. Candace was very helpful and understanding! Dr. T and staff were so caring and attentive to everything I needed. I actually felt no pain this time even with a difficult extraction.
I was very happy with the customer service on the phone before my appointment. Shout out to Jennifer but that’s where the professionalism ends. The young man that took my x-rays was NOT pleasant at all. The office manager was very robotic when going over charges. I just would have liked someone to act like another human when handing someone a 6000+ quote. The dentist was fine; in and out. No problem. And I assume the hygienist was the most pleasant of all. Hate to add this honest of a review, but i will not be returning. The place is filthy. There was a hair hanging from the equipment and stains on the walls. They were not gentle with my mouth at all. Not happy with my experience. The dentist was kind, and office staff were kind. But the woman who took scans of my mouth was not gentle at all. The staff could’ve definitely been better but overall my concern was the cleanliness of the entire building. This place was actually filthy!
I knew I was going to have to get a lot of work done so I was pretty terrified of the bill that must be paid upfront. I was surprised how reasonable it was considering how much things cost nowadays. All the staff and doctor were very nice, explained things very well and are moving forward in record time. I'm really happy to find them in Network with my insurance as well. Thank you Aspen!!
