I set up an appointment for a chipped tooth as a new patient. I left with a list of $1000 worth of work that they want to do.. I was told i needed to come up with 1/2 the amount before they'd do anything. I called back a month later because the tooth that chipped is decaying to schedule an appointment for JUST that tooth, they proceeded to tell me I need to pay for a cleaning first. when I said I just want my tooth filled and my insurance covers it totally.. I love the service. They were polite and answered my questions. When they were running late, they let me know and texted me to remind me of my appointment. They helped me find a way to get my dentures and what I needed. They made my next appointment and made me feel like I could smile again even though I'm missing most of my teeth.
This was the most organized Dental Office I have ever been in. They were fast and efficient and most of all they really take oral care seriously. Never knew I had periodontal disease until today! Thank you Aspen Dental for your attentiveness to my oral care.
I hate dentists. I’ll start by saying that. I’m 25 and I have always avoided going to the dentist because of social anxiety and feeling so self conscious about my teeth. Bad genes has caused me to have a horrible time throughout my life with my teeth and just talking to someone about it is extremely hard for me to do.
