Your DA Gina and your Office Manager Kelley. At your Adrian office are TOPS. I m on vacation and my dog tripped me up and I fell. With in one hour I was back to my vacation. Very friendly and professional women and I THANK YOU for having these two in your office to take care of me.
I came in as a walk in for an adjustment on my dentures. Even tho they were really busy they put me in there busy schedule. Thanks to Gina and Travis for putting me in and I love the environment in the office. Next time I will call! I left very happy

Dr. Shin was very understanding and listen to all my concerns . As far as what i could afford and did not push for something that I would not be able to afford. Your whole team from the time I walked in for the first vist to the time a week later I walked out with my new bottom plate was GREAT, The store was also very clean . My wife also had a night guard made with in the same week and at half the cost of what our Dentist had told her. I would recommend this office to EVERYONE, I live in Jackson, and will continue to make the drive....I called about 20 other offices with a very big problem, and not one of them could help me.The Staff at this office even got me in SAME DAY, Nicest people ever, they really do care and it shows.... best dental office and staff ive ever dealt with, probably one of my best experiances in any type of proffesional setting. right from the start i was treated as family, staff takes the time to explain everthing well , and spent extra time getting me the best price/service for my budget. they always get you in quickly,sometimes even when you stop to make an appt. cant say enough good things about this great group of people

I have to say that so far, I am very impressed with Aspen Dental from the time that my husband and I walked in until the time we walked out. Everyone is extremely polite and everyone seems to be very knowledgeable about every step in getting my husband a full set of dentures. My husband was extremely cautious in selecting who he wanted to do the extractions of his teeth as well as doing his dentures.
