I was a walk in. I was desperate. It was 4pm. These people were so kind to me. They were understanding of my distraught demeanor, and they HELPED me. They actually helped me. Everyone I encountered was kind, the place was exceptionally clean. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Aspen Dental's staff and the lady dentist that gave me her valuable time. I was able to pay them in full, but they were willing to work with me if I hadn't been able to. 10/10 would recommend!
I needed repairs on my dentures that were purchased from Aspen almost 10 years ago. When I called the first time I was told there would be no charge. Awesome, I left them. There all day to be told they can't repair without some special glue. Week later I dropped them off again and repairs were made with a r $49.00 fee. All in all I'm happy. I did pay a handsome price for the dentures and had a 6 year warranty on them. They have always been most gracious and helpful whenever I had problems.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. The girls took time to explain everything and answer all questions. Very comfortable environment. Thanks for everything, look forward to upcoming visits.
I must say this was my very first appointment at Aspen dental I was very very pleased with the courtesy of all of the people there I can't wait for my second appointment I would like to thank you Aspen dental and to all of the representatives that's working there keep up the good work and may God bless and keep you all
Not happy going there with extrem tooth pain and left with extreme tooth pain. Nothing going to happen till March sometime. Priced some implants guess what $59,000 dollars are you kidding me? Then priced regular dentures $9,000 WTH. Paid for tooth extraction that won’t happen till who knows when in March. Happy experience not quite. Far from it. Guess I’ll go on with a shortage of teeth.
