Horrible. I had started new insurance and my old dental office was no longer covered. I went in to Aspen because my filling fell out and during exams, they told me I had Periodontitis!!! I was in shock because I went to the dentist 4x a year with my old insurance and never had issues with my gums. Then Aspen told me I had to go through treatment before I could get my tooth fixed. I had my teeth cleaned here and she did such a good job and made my visit so easy and was so nice and professional! She was quick and very knowledgeable about helping me! All the dental assistants are very nice and welcoming!
This place is ridiculous. They scheduled me but tried to say my insurance wasn't valid yet so I would have to pay $300 for one extraction. I called my insurance and they said Aspen didnt know what they were talking about. Then they called me the next day and said they couldn't do it and didn't know why they scheduled me the day prior. My mom tried to get work done through them they said sure we except your insurance then waited the two weeks to get in just for them to say oh we dont except you insurance. Always wonderful staff very kind and caring by far the best team and dental care ive ever dealt with! They have made my life much better and relieved much of my stress from a broken tooth.
I just started going there they are Affordable they're nice but nobody knows anything when you ask a question. they're not on time on their appointments. My first appointment I ended up having to reschedule because they were running behind and I leave an hour away so just not going across town. But all and all they over book the doctors.
