Do not recommend. I went there due to tooth pain. It was my first visit, which I fully understand is just x-rays, but they did not even tell me one word of advice to help with the tooth pain. (I called another dentist company and before even seeing me, they gave me advice to help with the pain.) After this first initial visit they made me pay for 2 cleanings immediately before I could schedule them. I was very surprised and very happy. The workers the people that are there to fix your teeth all of it was extremely nice and gave me every bit of information that I needed. At the time to sit back and be shocked by the amount that it would cost they were so kind and so sincere and their guidance to how they can go about helping you to be able to pay for a very small amount compared to what it was!!! Very thorough doctor, everyone was very friendly, helpful and compassionate. They made me feel very comfortable (which is hard to do at the dentist) and really cared about making my visit not so scary. I will definitely be going back and making this my regular dentist! Thank to everyone at Aspen Dental, you guys are great!
Going to the dentist had not been a great experience for me in the past. If only I had come here years ago! The woman who took my X-rays & the woman Dr. were both Amazing!!!!! I felt they both genuinely cared about me & were truly sincere. I will never forget their kind words & the way they made me feel. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!
Went here after slacking on dental care for a couple of years. I didn't really have concerns as I take excellent care of my teeth. They tried to take advantage of me claiming I needed a more in depth cleaning due to gingivitis... told me I had 2 cavities (in my 30s and never had one prior)...told me I needed braces (again in my 30s and NEVER had that suggestion before).
