The office and seating area was clean. The staff at the desk wasn't overly friendly. They forgot to mention to the Doctor that I had arrived, so I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The room that I was in didn't look very sterilized. The equipment didn't have covers on it. There was garbage in the sink and a cup sitting out. The doctor and dental hygienist were friendly and worked efficiently to perform the procedure. Terrible. Had two appointments with zero work done. They come up with a treatment plan, which is a joke which you must pay 60 percent right then and there. Only will give individual print out of charges if ask. I have very good dental insurance and for a cleaning and a bridge my out of pocket, yes out of pocket after insurance was $2,300. Mind blowing charges like an electrical toothbrush, all cleanings spread out and done in 5 or 6 separate occasions to just max out your insurance. The dentist and his assistant I believe were very great while I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. They all were very reassuring and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be. Of course my mouth hurts lol but they were all amazing and kind.
I had a truly great experience there at Aspen Dental. I walked in as a new patient without having seen a dentist in a very long time. Everyone was very polite and extremely informative. They clearly explained all of my options thoroughly and let me make the decision on which route I wanted to take. Then after they were even able to complete my procedure in the same day. Amazing office! Went in for a last minute extreme pain and though they were closing soon they still got me taken care of. Amazing customer service. Each person in the office was friendly and accommodating.
