I was very happy with my experience. My appointment was made for the next day when I called. The whole staff was very polite, helpful and informative without making me feel ignorant or embarrassed. They explained everything very well and understandable. I will be continuing my oral health with this Aspen Dental facility. I felt like the staff enjoyed their work and didn't mind being there to help people! 😁
The staff was nice and very professional. The doctor was nice and explained the whole procedure, she was even concerned about my shoulder hurting as it could be a sign for something else, but it was not. Everything was excellent, I will go back again when needed for more dental work.
From start to finish for dentures was a great experience. Started on Dec.28 for Xrays and first impressions then on Jan.1 my wax impressions then on Jan.3 trial fitting. On Jan.8 I got my new dentures. Went back on Jan.10 for a minor adjustment. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Each appointment was right on time and, only took maybe 15 minutes for each visit.
I went for a check up and they lied to me about proper hygiene. By doing so they tried selling their product to me before attempting to charge over 2 grand out of pocket for treatment I didn’t ask for, or need!
I went in for emergency re cement of a crown. I went to Aspen because that listed emergency dental as a service. I explained to everyone who would listen that I had a radiation appointment at 8:45 am and needed to be done as soon as possible. After 1- and one-half hours and a whole bunch of unneeded charges I got out of there at 8:30 with a total cost of $414 with a final cost to me of $81.
