Whenever I need Dental service at this location the staff is always friendly and professional. They are very accommodating to my schedule vs there's. When it comes to performing procedures and diagnosing treatment you can sense the staff genuine concern to provide you the best service possible at the least cost. Awesome Dental Office/Location for all your dental needs.
Excellent service. While other dentist around town either won't accept new patients or you have to wait a month or two to get any service, Aspen took care of me right away. Experience was easy and cost was reasonable for what I needed. The doctor talked to me in detail about my tooth filling and why was it causing pain in the first place. Everyone is very friendly and made my experience a breeze.
They canceled my first appointment a week out to look at repairs on their crown work. Then I show up for the rescheduled appointment and they canceled without notification. They said they don’t see patients during the time they scheduled due to lunch. They gave me the time though. They even sent text messages & email for confirmation. Now another 2 weeks on a broken tooth of their work which was done in the last few years. 2 canceled appointments to look at their work. This was my daughter's first visit and so far it went excellent. We had a very nice first experience and looking forward to this been our regular dental office. I just wish that the whole family could go and that I didn't have to have 2 separate offices to go to for my youngest child.
