This is not exactly a dental related but their staff off of Veterans came to my rescue today when my keys fell out of my pocket in the car as I went I went into Burger King for Brunch and was locked out. How? Simple. I called them to see if they might have a spare metal coathanger I could have to unlock my Jeep. They did and one very kind lady ran it out to me. And 15 minutes later I was in my car!!! So, thank you!!!
Treatment was good until I got a bill for immediate partials I was told were covered by insurance but they weren't. Got a $2,200 bill. Because I signed a "good faith" estimate I am responsible. This is deceptive. Glad the bill wasn't a few more thousand. Financial lady in the office convinced me everything but $1,800 was covered. I won't get permanent partials because the money I had will be gone and I'm stuck will a set of poor fitting temporary partials. Don't believe any estmates you get from this office. My visit at Aspen Dental was amazing! Employees at the 2661 W veterans parkway location , in Springfield , il were patient with me and my questions. They were very specific and detailed, the way they carry out and conduct themselves to people in need of dental help is definitely a 10/10. If you’re in the Springfield area I recommend this location.
Not very good at all! Seems to be all about money there. I was going to pay after my tooth was pulled well they don’t do that there. So after I paid I had to wait more to go back again. And then they added 2 teeth to my partial and didn’t even suggest to be fitted. Anything like that needs to be fitted! Come on! Then they sounded that I was a bother asking to get it fitted! I have yet to get my tooth extracted, but the staff here scheduled me nearly immediately and I was given great care in the exam this morning. Needless to say, they are much friendlier and more professional than the army dentists who last touched my mouth. I'm looking forward to the extraction appointment set for Monday now.
