Appt for 10:00, was called back late, did not clarify what I was there for. I thought one thing and they had another one listed. Got that straight, hygienist was awesome. Then to crown prep. Waited so long the numbing med they put on before my injection, was wore off. Dr. and staff are nice and thorough. Just double check what you are being charged for. STAY AWAY FROM ASPEN DENTAL!!! I took my top plate in to be repaired. Not once was I taken to a private area to give the dentures to them. Then as if that wasn't bad enough, When I returned to pick them up in front of a lobby full of people, my dentures were in a clear zip lock bag and handed to me in plain view. X-rays equipment was top notch. The diagnosis of my dental condition was very professional and detailed. I left strongly convinced that after my billing arrangement is completed I would receive the best of care. Dental staff were very friendly and positive.
I have to say they really are a kind dental office I would highly recommend their services. Staff was kind. The dentist actually went out of their way to make me comfortable, even though I didn’t get the procedure done wonderful business.
The entire staff team was amazing! First time ever visiting an Aspen Dental office, and I will highly recommend it to others. So, they to can experience excellent patient care services. Thanks you all!
