The staff is very friendly, and they all really take time to explain what's going on. I always get extremely nervous going to the dentist, but with the kindness of the staff there today, it was a very pleasant experience :) Would recommend

The team at Aspen Dental in Cookeville are great! Dr. Li is a great dentist with a wonderful rapport with both his patients and staff. His assistant Heather is a joy and always lights up the room. All of the hygienists are skilled, friendly and take time to explain the procedures and treatments for you. Everyone goes the extra mile to take care of you and it's extremely refreshing. I'll recommend Aspen Dental of Cookeville to everyone!

Lucy was very professional by telling you what & why she was doing a procedure. The Dr listened to what the patient wanted. Everyone seemed very organized with getting us in & out within a reasonable time.
