Polite, discussed fees
I was very impressed by the professionalism and the friendly attitude of everyone. The dentist was so imfomative of everything and caring. Just a wonderful experience, even the finance people. Thank you.
Dr By was excellent. She explained everything to me and done a complete exam of my teeth and gums. Also scheduled a follow-up consultation with me. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
Treated very well by office manager and rest of dental staff. Pricing was explained in detail. The only small issue I had was that I have a sore/cut in my mouth from "X-ray film holders." I know these can be difficult to use and place in the mouth though. Have my cleaning tomorrow.

I have been very satisfied with the service and care I have received at my aspen dental. I am one of those people with dentist phobia, but once I made myself go I have been fine. They have taken good care of me and now I smile!
