Such a great staff ... the woman working the front desk was so nice and helpful ... she also checked on me because I was so nervous ... the red haired woman that took my x rays was amazing... she helped keep me calm by us exchanging stories of our fur babies ... also the dentist was very nice and made sure I understood what I needed done to my teeth.
My Mom is extremely nervous when it comes to dentists from some bad past experiences. This has lead her to not want to make a much needed dentist appointment in a while. She was nervous for her first appointment but everyone at Aspen Dental has been knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Dr. Altawashi, Ashley, Teagan, Bella, Nicole and Angel- we can’t thank you enough!! As someone who was very nervous to go to the dentist & haven’t gone in quite a while, I had such a good experience here. They listened to everything I was concerned about & gave me complete control over how what I felt comfortable with & what I didn’t. Everyone was so kind & patient. Definitely recommend them!
I absolutely love the dentist at this facility. I have been a patient for years as well as my children. I was disappointed when I recently visited with my children for their appointments. The lady working the front desk could not pull up my kids insurance information correctly. I told her that I would get the details and call the office in the morning. My only complaint was they didn’t clean my teeth at my first visit. Any other dentist I have ever been to does X-rays and cleaning the same day. Aspen does that in two visits. I would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time
