My appointment was at 9, I was there at 8:55, but was taken in at 9:30. I didn't have a problem waiting, but I shouldn't have to wait that long when my appointment was scheduled 30 minutes prior to when I was admitted. Aside from that, everyone I encountered was friendly, willing to answer questions, and help out.
Very nice people. Kind of a long wait Bc the dr was late coming back from an appt but everyone was super nice and moved me along when she got there.
The staff was very welcoming and non-judgemental. A very sweet lady named Zoe took my x-rays and was able to help me make it through without being too uncomfortable (an issue I've had in the past). We created a treatment plan that was understandable, reasonable, and honest.
Everyone was extremely friendly staff seem to be very professional everyone knew their jobs

The office on Newberry road in Gainesville, Fl. I was the second to the last patient of the day, but that didn't decrease the professionalism of the Receptionist, who I forgot his name. He was great! Adam who checked me out was also great and informative. However, the dental assistant and Dr. Nygen were obviously worn from the day as they were short with answers and in a rush to finish. I would suggest having a morning appointment. The hygienist was also great as she was humming and singing. I enjoyed her presence!
My experience with the staff was very helpful and polite on the financial end they answered all my question and gave me a financial plan and break down when I didn't understand something on my bill. My services for dental treatments was awesome and the dentist and the assistants are overly nice and protective to make you feel as comfortable as possible for your procedures.
