I can't express how happy I was to go to Aspen dental. I've been terrified of the dentist my whole life and they are the most caring and professional dentist ever. Dr. Jimenez and KC are the best. Nurses are so friendly and caring. Office staff is wonderful. It has been the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. I just can't say enough about them. Thank you for your service. I had two visits, one for a consult and another for an extraction. Everyone was very pleasant while I was there. I left with prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relievers. The pharmacy requires a telephone confirmation from the dentist for pain relievers to make sure I'm not trying to obtain drugs illegally. The people in the office refused to return the pharmacist's call. They refused again when I called them. So, I had to recover without the prescription. I had a good cleaning and x-ray appointment a few weeks ago. The x-ray tech and hygienist were very professional. They found a small cavity and I went ahead and scheduled to have it filled at that time. My appointment was at 9 am today, 2.13.24. I get a call at 8:12am, as I am literally getting ready to walk out the door, that they need to reschedule. The reason being the doctor is not in today. I understand things come up. All of the staff were extremely friendly . They made me feel like they had known me for years. The office manager worked hard to help me find the package that would fit my budget. No one made me feel pressured to get the more expensive teeth. When l got ready to leave my car didn't want to crank up and my dentist himself came out to help. Now that's what l call customer service.
Aspen Dental took care of my dental needs within a professional and timely manner. The staff that I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Aaron K. Crittendon did a wonderful job with my extraction. I highly recommend Aspen Dental for all of your dental needs.
