I had a good cleaning and x-ray appointment a few weeks ago. The x-ray tech and hygienist were very professional. They found a small cavity and I went ahead and scheduled to have it filled at that time. My appointment was at 9 am today, 2.13.24. I get a call at 8:12am, as I am literally getting ready to walk out the door, that they need to reschedule. The reason being the doctor is not in today. I understand things come up. Warning!!! I came to Aspen Dental to get dentures. I specifically told them I already had xrays just made and I could have them sent to them because my insurance would only pay for them once. They told me the trays were free. After they looked at my teeth I was set down and presented the cost and financing plan which was in the $6000 range. I told them I only had social security and couldn't afford it. Well now I've received a bill for xrays I was told were no cost. Would never recommend them
Everyone was so nice but that won’t fix teeth. They will bend o er backwards to tell you they can fix teeth and make you feel confident that they will work with you on paying for this. However, when it comes time to talk with the financial guy, you’ll want to walk away! I couldn’t get help the same day for a broken tooth and was told $700+. How dose that work!
Aspen is the best deal i have experienced in any dentist office, ever. The hygenist, the doctor and even the financial person was very personable, and knew their role in making my day.
The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The facilities and equipment is up to date. My oral condition was explained to me along with options to maintain overall health.
