Far as customer service that was really great and helpful the staff were. Now far as the actual service, I was misled. I’m not saying that the facility were I went to my appointment was misleading it was Aspen Dental website. I was under the impression that they provided implant care at the facility but they do not. They are equipped to do dentures, cleanings, X-ray, extractions, partials and a few more basic dental procedures like crowns or root canals. On site, all great w/ tech & hygenist. Dr was obviously quite busy but informative & helpful. It was my understanding that the office manager would call me with a plan of action. He was to tell me about the "equipment" you sell, schedule my follow-up for cleaning & tell me about a payment plan as I have a mouthful of issues. He was at lunch, which I understood but I waited 4 days, plus the weekend for a referral I needed to an oral surgeon. All but two staff members were rude. I have insurance and was told I would owe nothing for a lower plate. A manager looked and search to make sure I wouldn’t owe anything, he was one of the nice ones. He made eye contact and assured me I would owe nothing. I only went in to get my lower plate relined to begin with but since they wouldn’t cost me anything I agreed. Now I’m getting a bill for 1,200. Do not go here unless you have time to sit all day. I went in for a consult and an hour after my appointment I left because the dentist was going to be awhile longer. Waiting room was packed when I walked out. Staff was nice but I have a life and it doesn’t consist of sitting waiting for hours past my appt. The male dr I even seen was absolutely amazing he went over everything in detail. Absolutely wonderful! My dental hygienist, Tashie Rubin, is one of the best I've had. Very thorough and meticulous. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. A pleasant experience.
