Everyone is very nice. Even the front desk (had problems at other practices where I liked the dentist but office staff was horrendous...not the case here). Every step along the way was explained, from xray, to hygienist exam, to doctor exam. During the time with the dentist himself, knowing I needed some work done, he actually offered options! Been terrified to go to a dentist since I was 16. Unfortunately got an absence and had to go to a dentist, they were one of the first places i contacted. The staff was extremely kind, i went in explaining how i was traumatized as a child and just was scared to be there. Everyone handled me with care i went back 3 times in 2 months to get a deep clean and a filling done on my front tooth ( only one cavity in 20 years of not seeing a dentist and having what i called depression teeth). My Aspen dental experience was more than I could imagine. I am always nervous seeing a dentist but this visit was different. No stress at all the staff is professional and skilled. Thank you for the fabulous experience!!
I scheduled an emergency appointment, as a new patient and was able to be seen quickly. As soon as I came in, I was greeted by the receptionist, who was very pleasant and helpful, with my check in process. Wait time was short to go into the back, and when taking Xrays, the technician made me feel very comfortable, despite feeling pain. Dr. Vitalii is wonderful, he assessed the issue thoroughly, and was so kind and understanding, reassuring me it could be fixed. I had a wisdom tooth removed. The oral surgeon was so incredibly quick. I was given two shots went completely numb couldn't feel anything, but some pressure, and was out in 15 mins start to finish. I was able to drive home and everything. I had so much relief! I will definitely be going back!
