I would give 0 star. This is a crook place. I was told on the telephone it’s free for an exam and estimate implant. When I walked in I told the front desk I came for free estimate. She didn’t say anything. They charged me $580 to my dental insurance $580. I called back the customer service. She insisted it’s free. The x-ray procedure was awful. The x-ray machine is out of date. I don't know who the people are in the photos on this app but the staff doesn't look anything like them! I expected most of what happened @ my consultation so the only thing that surprised me was first the harshness and backwardness of the x-ray tech, the rudeness of the finance tech and the general uncleanliness and unfixed damages of the office the doctor was mostly nice but left all of the explanations to the finance clerk. The provider I saw was so kind, informative and helped me fully understand the treatment options and the plan. The office staff was helpful in hating the treatment plan in an affordable way. My only concern was in having been called to come early then having to wait an additional 45 minutes before I was brought back to begin.
Dr. Bent was incredible! Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable. From the ladies at the front desk to the ladies in the back, everyone was fantastic. Jennifer was so nice and helpful when she assisted Dr. Bent. Thank you!
We had an appointment at 8 am they didn’t see us until 9:15. They couldn’t accommodate my husband to use the pano X-ray his shoulders are to wide for the machine. They were going to charge us for X-rays due to that issue. The dentist had originally said she was pulling two teeth so that’s what they billed for however she only pulled one and they still haven’t fixed the billing issue and it’s been a week.
