I was nervous as most people are when going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in I was treated professionally and courteously. Sam and Erin especially put me at ease with their friendly demeanor and their willingness to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Dr. Rai was very concerned with my situation and clearly and concisely explained my options. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Aspen Dental. Thank you to all of the staff that helped me during my visit!
Erin and Taya were FANTASTIC and friendly. They were straight forward about the dental care I needed, and were an absolute joy to be around. The dentist can be a scary place but these women made me feel so at home! Definitely consider Aspen for all your dental care needs!
I have an entire list of things that I could complain about. I’ve had issues with billing. I’ve had issues with them scheduling me for appointments I go in and they don’t have what they need so then they need to book my appointment two weeks further out because they can harass you about confirming an appointment but can’t give you that same courtesy when they have to cancel or move your appointment to a different date or time. I went in for my teeth that were sensitive and had been having issues for years, and because of that I was scared to go back. At my first visit back at the dentist they told me a lot and I learned a lot ever since then I’ve been coming back. I had to get more things checked due to the increase problems, my X-rays were done, checked diligently by Dr. Rai and Erin. Totally opposite of dentist I went to 2 weeks ago. Very professional, quality X-rays taken and shared with me. Issue quickly identified and explained to me. Next steps and treatment explained to me. Very pleased with this office, dentist and staff.
