I was nervous about this visit as my last visit here several years ago went horribly wrong, feeling worst than when I came in BUT this visit was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. The back and forth to consult and then back to a chair is kind of annoying, but worth it. Dr. Brown was phenomenal. I went and got my wisdom teeth pulled and they were great! They made sure I was okay and not in any type of pain. They played my favorite type of music the whole time I was in the back. I would 100% recommend anyone to go here, very very sweet people.
I had dealt with tooth pain on and off my whole life. Growing up in a poor community we always were told to deal with it and it’ll go away. Had a tooth keeping me up and it was terrible, i walked into Aspen Dental and they’re the most helpful, respectful, and caring dentist I’ve ever used. Was told when making the appointment first exam with x-rays was $19 without insurance. Have my appointment everything was fine, went for my sons was told it would be $216. Why? Because he's under 18 years old. I specifically asked when making the appointment because we knew they didn't accept his insurance, was told it wouldn't be a problem $19 is all it would be. My son is 11 years old. I spent 30-45 minutes on the phone giving them all of the information and making an appointment because my son has a very infected tooth. They asked how old he was and said that they could see patients 10 and up. After going through the whole process and making an appointment I received an email asking me to call. I had to talk to another middle person and give all my information so I could be forwarded to the Jackson office just for them to say we can’t see your son because he is under 13.
