This was the worst dental experience in my 67 years. I scheduled a cleaning. I was on time but waited for over one hour. After every X-ray possible was done, they then wanted to schedule my cleaning for another day. I was told my cleaning required additional dental prevention disease for $1100. When I asked for just a basic cleaning I was declined. 1-1/2 hours later I walked out. I loved my first time there! I loved my dental assistant she was amazing and I appreciate her kindness and understanding for my visit, I’m loved my hygienist she was amazing and explained everything very thoroughly, lastly my doctor was incredible! She helped me understand all the questions I had and even to the girls at the front desk helped with my appointments and upcoming surgeries. 10/10 would recommend, they also work with payment plans which is amazing. I recently visited Aspen Dental on Walton st. and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly informative and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I appreciated their attention to detail and the overall atmosphere of the office. I definitely recommend this dentist office for anyone seeking a welcoming and professional dental experience.
I have to be honest... I am normally very scared of dental visits. However, on my recent visit to Aspen Dental, the X-ray technician, I believe her name was Leslie, was very calming. She took the time to help me to relax, and to explain to me the procedures slowly in terms that I couldn't understand. She was very caring and kind. I called Aspen Dental for an appointment for my husband to have 2 crowns put back on. I should have known that it would be a mistake because they were able to get him in on the same day. We only had a bit of a wait in the waiting room. However, once he was called back is another story. He was in the chair for over 2 hours and came out with paperwork for a full set of dentures!
