The staff was very kind, the dentist explained the procedures needed done, but the most wonderful and comforting was the lady (I didn't catch her name) that scheduled everything for me and explained in depth the procedures I am going to have done. For my first visit I was very pleased. Hopefully all the dental work I will be having done will be done with the same comfort & compassion as she afforded me!
Has been a very long battle getting in. Made an appointment with Fremont aspen dental two months ago for them to call the day before the appointment to tell me they didn’t accept the insurance. Having to fight insurance for them to keep telling me aspen took my insurance. Finally got ahold of Findlay aspen dental. The receptionist Kendra was super friendly and helpful. My experience was horrible. I set up a new patient appointment for my 9 and 10 year old. while on the phone for about 20-30 minutes the receptionist I was talking to did not tell me they didn’t do work on children. So, I went to the appointment thinking they was going to do a exam and set up a plan for the work they needed done only to get back in the exam room to find out they don’t do work on children. Had my first dentures put in at Aspen Dental, Findlay, Ohio, 17 years ago. Due to the onset of osteoporosis which rapidly progressed enough to make my dentures fail to stay solid on what little bone and gum I had left. I couldn't chew, making many of my favorite meals impossible to chew well enough to swallow without choking. Moved out of state and, only two blocks from my house was a dentist that also did dentures. I had another set mad and they only stayed in until after moving back to Ohio in 20I8. DONT GO HERE, they over charged me thousands of dollars and claimed insurance didn’t cover things that they did. They did a terrible job with my filling and I have to get it redone. They also claimed I needed “deep cleanings” every other month but I really didn’t and they are just out here to make money. If you care about your health and your wallet please go somewhere else and don’t go through what I did.
