I give this Aspen office 5 stars!!! Walking in with my first ever tooth ache and being scheduled same day!!! Front office Staff, Will, was amazing!!! Knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Dr. Was amazing and treatment plan was realistic. Amy, the Hygenist is AWESOME!! A Gem. Precise impressions and temporary denture was perfect! I will recommend ANYONE to this office!!
I usually am very anxious when at the dentist. I was very relaxed during the cleaning procedure. The hygienist, Lindsay was very comforting and accommodating as well. The room was calming. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. Amy was very enthusiastic during the X-ray process which made it go faster. Lindsay and April are both amazing staff members. Best cleaning I've ever had and such a quick and painless check out. Both ladies are engaging in conversation and so sweet! 10/10 service.
I had an excellent first appointment at Aspen Dental. From the receptionists to Xray, hygienist and doctor, everyone was professional, friendly, informative and thorough. Amy in Xray made me feel instantly comfortable with her friendly attitude, welcoming personality and got all my xrays done quickly and expertly. Today's was my first experience with Aspen Dental. It won't be my last — in part because I neglected my dental health for far too long. Scheduling was simple. The staff was professional, friendly and efficient. Everyone seemed knowledgeable (from this layman's perspective) and I'm happy with the care. Unfortunately for me, and, again, this is entirely due to my own negligence, I will again be a patient there rather soon.
