This place is sketchy. Like super sketchy. I made my appointment over a month ago 1 day before my scheduled appointment I received a phone call telling me that if I did not call back with my insurance they were canceling my appointment. Now mind you, they called me at 10 AM and told me I had until 1pm or I was being canceled. Great place to go. Excellent customer service in my opinion. My regular dentist was not really set up for any kind of dental emergency. I would of have to wait two weeks or longer. Went to urgent care, I had an active infection with fever. They put me immediately on an antibiotic. Aspen dental took me right in the next day to get the ball rolling on my emergency root canal. I have gone to aspen dental for two crowns and now three root canals. Never had any problems so far.
For such a miserable time they made it pretty bearable. I had the absolute best hygienist & if it wasn’t for her I probably would have left due to my fear of the dentist. She was new (name starts with a T) and I still thought she was better than most hygienists I’ve met. . Aspen got me in for an emergency appointment, pulled two teeth & I ended up needing stitches. After all that, I still felt better than I did before walking in.
Six months after my previous appointment, the receptionist greeted me by name as soon as I approached. The hygienist was friendly and upbeat, as well as efficient and thorough. And the person handling the financial transaction was a perfect combination of professional and friendly.
I had a great experience at this location. The staff were very friendly and supportive, especially considering this had been my first trip in a long while. I left feeling well informed and confident I would have the smile I wanted thanks to them!
