I had a very positive experience at aspen dental! I needed a new dentist because of insurance changes and of course not my favorite place to go but a necessity! But everyone from the intake lady at the desk to the assistant taking my X-rays, the hygienist, dentist and office manager were wonderful and helped me to get a plan in action!
They were able to get me in on a short notice, and were very thorough in my visit. Best of all i didnt get (over)scolded for not having been to the dentist in so long. They were also able to offer discounts on oral care equipment they recommend for your personal care routine.
If I could give 0 stars I would i called to get in for a emergency extraction I go to my appointment and they say we're only doing X-rays today. Ok went with it dentist comes in the room starts poking at my gums for about 45 mins says she's done for the day sends me up front to schedule my procedures hands me a paper they wanted over $20000 with insurance to pull teeth and do some gum treatment the prices they are listing is ridiculous $850 per tooth other dentist have charged me $250 to $350 for an extraction without insura... read more
Very Disappointed. Aspen is listed as a covered provider for preventative care and when I got there they said they have too many Network Health patience and could not honor my insurnace and I had to pay $30 to see someone. Terrible customer service when they are accepting new patience on their website. I have escalated this issue with Network Health
Was told on the phone to go to walk in for my son’s broken tooth! He is in pain and needs help. We get there at 8am (mind u they open at 7am) and this old crabby nurse with attitude tells us we aren’t taking anymore walk ins!!! I’m pissed! Why call yourself a walk in then! And people with attitude shouldn’t be around peoples teeth. Do not recommend
