I don't know if it had anything to do with other complaints, the BBB where Aspen Dental is headquartered (New York) or just proper management ... but they did get in touch with me, apologies were tendered, and a plan of action put in place to fix the things that should have been fixed in the first place. The new doctor is phenomenal, honestly one of the best that I've had to deal with in the past 20 years.
