Aspen Dental truly rescued me! I chipped a tooth (molar) a couple of nights ago. At first it wasn't painful, so I was taking my time making an appointment. Pain started creeping in, my ear was starting to ache right along with it! Seriously?! A toothache AND an ear ache? If I could give zero stars I would! If I could give cautionary flags on their web page I absolutely would! Let me start by saying, I Have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a Dentist! I felt like I wasn’t taking seriously, was treated terribly by her lack of bedside manner. Absolutely ZERO compassion. I went in for what I knew was a infection in my back tooth. Went in to get a crown re-attached. After confirming the post was still good. They refused to do it. Said I needed to schedule another appointment to re-glue it. That's right. One appointment to makes sure they could. Another 3 weeks out to actually apply some glue. I'll never go back. I'm looking for someone else.
Everyone there was super nice and I was told that you're able to pick and choose the services they recommend but once you get with the office manager and go over the final cost, things change quite quickly. First, you're not allowed to pick the services you want to have done I was told. I wanted the fillings that fell out of my front teeth replaced with a crown and filling, another crown to fix another chipped tooth and a cavity filled. Bizarre experience. I booked an appointment a while back at the Newark location. They get me in, take X-rays, get me in the chair. The Dr comes in and looks at my teeth for a minute, says all I need is a cleaning but they don’t have a hygeinest at this time. I’ll have to book at another aspen location. What the hell? What a waste of my time. Super scummy practice. Why are you even accepting new patients if you don’t have a hygeinest? Not paying any bills that come from this.
