Review revision: Place is clean. Probably fits others needs better then mine so I won't hold it against them. Didn't feel like my "exam" was thorough enough. Originally came in to see if this was going to be my go-to dentist. Melissa was great and was the only person that spread a smile, but unfortunately I am deciding to proceed somewhere else.
My experience at Aspen Dental was great! I never felt pressured by anyone to make any big decisions, everyone was so patient and kind towards me. I left feeling satisfied, with all the information and knowledge that was given to me. As well as more understanding towards what I am personally dealing with and options I now have thanks to Aspen Dental.
If I could do no stars I would…… I went in because I have a severely infected tooth. The dentist tried to pull it (which can make the infection spread) instead of giving me antibiotics and making an appointment for a few days. Then charged me for the extraction which never happened and a $135 toothbrush, $75 flosser, and $25.50 for toothpaste which none of it I wanted or recieved. Very odd environment… I was having a dental emergency and was up in the middle of the night looking for a dentist. I saw that they had availability that morning so I scheduled with them. I get there for my exam and they go on to do x rays. Despite being obviously pregnant I mentioned that I was pregnant. They were hesitant to even do x rays. This was my fist visit and From the moment I walked in almost EVERYONE was beyond friendly and amazing! Melissa the dental hygienist was by far my favorite part of the visit. Also the lady who helps with financing was phenomenal and super patient! Definitely am glad I made the switch!
