I had an appointment scheduled a few months ago, when I arrived the door was unlocked and the whole building was empty and dark… stood there for awhile saying “hello?” And then checked my phone and they had emailed me 1 hour beforehand to say they had to cancel. They never called me to reschedule. And then a couple months later I forgave them and decided to call and make a new appointment. Great experience for initial call in to get an appointment, receptionist was nice and welcoming. Staff and dentist were so kind and nice! Dentist explained everything and took his time, however knew exactly what the plan was within one visit, no run arounds.
I had an excellent experience! They were very thorough and got me in quickly when having pain. The dentist was kind and gentle throughout. While going to the dentist is never fun, I know that when I return I will be in good hands.
Eshraga did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth. i've noticed my pregnancy has been taking a toll on my gum health and she was very personable and didn't make me feel bad about my mouth. very gentle and efficient.
