Everyone is so nice and friendly. My first dental assistant, who did my x rays and helped for the exams was great. She was quick, efficient, and handled the tools proficiently. Loved her. The dentist guy was also nice and he did his job quickly.
I had a fantastic experience. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. I was in a time crunch and their office manager Nick had everything ready when I got there. The office was clean, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a comfortable environment. Dr. Dahiya was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, addressing any concerns I had. Highly recommended!
Ease of making an appointment was great. The staff was very friendly. No pressure to do more than I wanted. The workmanship on my denture repair was outstanding. No issues at all and felt perfectly normal. Great experience.
The people were more than friendly but the prices even with dental insurance are outrageous. I have no cavities, never had dental issues, and have straight white teeth. I went for a cleaning and to establish a new dentist since I moved. They wanted to charge me $1,600 out of pocket, for a deep cleaning. I'm not sure why I needed a deep cleaning and not a regular cleaning. Either way, $1,600 for the deepest teeth cleaning is crazy!
My first experience there I took my son who needed work done. Had some teeth pulled. They sent us home. My son was bleeding a lot and I called aspen dental back and they said it's fine. He passed out about 15 minutes later had to call the ambulance. Plus we waited over an hour for our appointment.
