Had my first visit today and they got me in quickly, were very informative and talked me through each step. I was given lots of helpful information and tips along the way and felt so comfortable the entire time. I wasn’t stuck waiting for very long between each step either. The pricing was also not bad at all. So glad I found them as my new dentist!
I would give zero stars if that was a choice. I was there for over 2 hours for a consult only. Told them what I was there for and what I wanted done and that I only needed a quoted price for the extraction and replacement. They went on to quote any and everything in my mouth and way beyond any work I was prepared for at my visit. And the summary charged for all the extra work I didn’t want done at the moment. Won’t be back. Tot insurance scam and overpriced.
I had a lot I had to do at my appointment today Dr Harning and Lexus took great care of me I was so nervous because of past dental with another dentist visit but Dr Harning took his time with me and made me feel more comfortable. He did a amazing job on my teeth and I can smile again and able to eat . I highly recommend Aspen dental and Dr Harning and all of his staff. This was my first visit. The people were all personable and professional! Ashley the Hygienist was very thorough and explained everything. The dentist was gentle and the manager made sure I got all the information I needed to work out expenses.
I called on behalf of an ailing family member to inquired about setting up a new appointment. The staff had been calling their phone for months and, due to their health, were unable to take the calls. The lady I spoke to was very rude with me and told me I was lying about the phone calls. After a back and forth, she said she'd have a doctor call back. That was over a month ago, and no one else ever reached back out.
