I called in and I was able to get in very quickly. The people were great and the doctor very good and my teeth are the best they are the best they have been in a time. Thanks again for all your help Joyce
DO NOT GO HERE !!! This place is a complete waste of time.and money. Scam artists! They advertise emergency walk ins welcome but refuse to do any work when you get there. Apparently xrays is there way of dealing with emergencies because that is all you'll get. And you'll leave with a toothache still after they poke and pick at you and make you wait for over an hour. DO NOT GO HERR
My experience at aspen dental today was very poor. The doctors themselves were great but the place its self is just a scam. I was given three different prices all at once for the same said procedure. Then would not even let me make the appointment to have this procedure done without more money down.
This my second time going to a Aspen Dental Facility. First time in Minot Nd, the care was terrible and the price kept changing. Now in Matton IL, good visit, but the price changed three times. Every one should get on the same page with pricing. Definitely feels like scamming going on when the price changes even after talking directly with the financial manager.
Huge joke of a dentist. I have had detailed X-rays from 2 different dentists in the past 2 years. My dental insurance will pay for X-rays once every 5 years. Aspen is claiming they are not good enough to diagnose. All I wanted was a cleaning. Are they looking to get more money? Not able to do just a cleaning is suspicious, considering they have multiple X-rays. The front office ladies were not pleasant either, Meredith was the nicest of them.
