The employees at the Sterling site are wonderful! They're friendly, quick to respond/help and attentive. They're genuinely concerned about your wellbeing. They get five stars!!! However, the texting that comes from the corporate office is very unreliable. They can't keep straight which phone number goes with which patient amongst my family members. After several attempts to fix this over a years time with the office staff, I was told that the local can really do nothing about it since that is handled by the corporate office.... read more
