I never thought I'd say I didn't mind going to the dentist and i usually DREAD going. I was having some issues with my wisdom teeth and Aspen was able to get me in right away. They then told me I was given a wrong periodontal diagnosis, HUGE relief! I had a cleaning and my wisdom teeth pulled with no issues or judgement. Big thank you to this office! They were able to get me in last minute for an abscess I had and treated it and I’m getting the tooth pulled soon. I normally hate dentists but they made the visit pleasurable. Special shout out to Arlene and Jennifer! Thank you!
My assistant was Elaine my office team was Jennifer and my hygienist was Elle. I drove all the way from Freeport Il and it was my first time there. I was skeptical but Elaine was smiling and chipper the moment I got greeted and I had nothing but a friendly experience. They got in a cleaning even though they didn’t think there would be time and the overall experience was a 10/10
Very pleased with care I received. Dental assistant Justin , Hygienist Jenna , and Office staff Jennifer each were so kind, friendly and professional explaining every step of care. Dr Patel was awesome!
