Everyone was very nice! The girl at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in quickly. The young lady that did my X-rays was very sweet and through. She explained everything to me before doing X-rays. The Dr I saw was very nice and a good listener. Reviewed my X-rays and explained things to me. Over all very pleased with my visit and the staff.
Staff at the front was friendly, my appointment was at 12:30 and wasn’t seen until 1:15. Another person had an appointment at 12, wasn’t seen until after 1:00. I just felt bad because I was wasting a friends time that came to take me home. After I was brought back, everything seemed rushed and I wasn’t comforted as much as I have been in other dental offices. After 2 years of not having to deal with this business, I was reminded yesterday of why I loathe them. The staff was wonderful. No complaints. Their pricing and business model? Just tell people to their face that they're too poor to have a decent quality of life already.
I waited a bit too long to be seen & no explanation was given. The facility was clean in appearance & the dentist seemed to welcome my participation in determining my treatment plan. The proof of the pudding will be the quality of the dental work. PART B My treatments is now complete. My cleaning was satisfactory although they called a regular cleaning a deep cleaning. I have genetically bad teeth & gums, so I have the equivalent of a Rolls Royce in dental work. The filling of several cavities was sloppy, at best. The color ... read more
