The entire office were professional and informative. The dentist was very detailed and encouraged me to go back to my dentist in Mexico in order to get the same color crowns. Thank you for your compliment visit.
Went to Aspen dental early November and was told I have 6 cavities and PERIODONTAL GUM DISEASE later stages and needed to spend $1,500 for a deep cleaning and treatment. They had me so scared and crying in their chair and made it seem like I was going to lose all of my teeth if I did not get it immediately. So I scheduled and took the huge bill. I hadn’t been to the dentist in 15+ years, so I was a bit nervous. Aspen didn’t make me feel bad about it. They were professional and as efficient as could be expected given all the “new patient” things we had to do. I’ll be a repeat patient, for sure.
The staff is awesome. Even they we're super busy, they still help me(🚶♀️) my pain. Im so very thankful. The doc n her assistant who help me talked me out of my scareness, you guys are the best. Thank you aspen family, I'm glad I came in today.
Stay away!!! Trust me it’s crazy how they get away with their scams. Please warn your senior citizens in your life because they can and do scam them HARD and they don’t know any better. They will try to get you for periodontal disease trust me it’s a scam. They will try so hard you gotta ask yourself why? Well my personal experience was them scaring me into getting care credit just to pay for my “periodontal treatment” .
