Very courteous, helpful and honest staff at Balltown Road! It was quickly identified that my concern of a potentially cracked tooth was not what had happened in my case (thank goodness!) I was provided a treatment plan for work that, while necessary, is not an immediately pressing concern. I had three appointments in one week - first as a new patient establishing care (full X-rays and checkup), second for a gingivitis cleaning, and third for two small fillings. I was under the care of Dr. Jorge Ruiz, DMD. Dr. Ruiz was calm, clear, and professional. His work on my fillings was perfect - the anesthesia was well administered, I felt nothing after that, and it took 30 minutes to finish the fillings. Highly Recommend Aspen Dental, Schenectady NY! I urgently needed dental care due to excruciating pain from a tooth infection. My regular dentist couldn't see me, but Aspen Dental did—same day! The lady who did my X-rays on Feb 8th was incredibly kind and comforting. I told the Office Manager she deserves a raise! Highly recommend Aspen Dental for their promptness and compassionate care.
Excellent service Dr Birman, Dr Ruiz all dental assistants and everyone else are very patient and loving. I left there with a beautiful smile. I am very happy.
My mom had a great experience with the technician and dentist. However, the receptionist could use some patience ! My mom’s English is broken and she had no patience with my mom asking questions. Not okay. If you can’t work with clients, please do us all a favor and do not work with people.
