Karen the dental assistant and Julie the hygienist are wonderful! I always look forward to seeing them at my visits! Karen is who takes my X-rays and she is always great at getting the images needed first try! Julie is so knowledgeable and explains everything so well and helps me understand my treatment plan! Wonderful staff at Aspen in Richmond!
Arrived 30 minutes early to have to wait an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Then waited another 2 hours for them to measure my gums and tell me I had to get a few cavities filled. Didn't even get my teeth cleaned. Waited another 20 minutes to get put in a room to talk about pricing. Wanted a whole 5 grand for just a few things. Some staff were nice others were not at all nice. Gotta find another place now that won't charge me an arm and leg for a cleaning and filling and wisdom teeth removal.
Everyone is so nice and helpful. Your care is important. I have never left an appointment not having my questions answered and concerns listened to. I really do like having a place for all of my dental needs.
I went to Aspen because my son's dentures turned out so well. Mine...not so well, my denture didn't fit from beginning of process. Impressions were rough, glob of the mixture went down my throat on my face an clothes. I left picking purple crap off my face. My denture was made within a week, new denture was looser than my worn out denture, so a FAST reline was done, I was handed a sample tube of Fixodent an pretty much told to deal with it.
