Amazing... from the moment I made the initial appointment in the morning with Angie. Bringing my mom to the office, the young woman at the desk greeted us so professionally & sensitively taking in 'all' the necessary information. Linzy settled my mother, and was extremely mindful of her mobility concerns and limited vision. Horrible practice, I would not recommend them to anyone. I came in as a new patient and was instantly recommended a number of services and procedures instead of getting a cleaning like I requested. I got a second opinion from my original dentist who told me Aspen Dental was nothing but a money grab, he told me I didn’t need any procedures, etc. Aspen also seems very racist towards their patients of color. I called on the call center line at night and got a first appointment for the morning because I broke a front tooth. Although they were booked and couldn’t guarantee I could get my tooth fixed, they were able to give me an appointment for that day and I hadn’t left the parking lot when called to say they had a cancellation and got me in right away. It was such a relief that they were able to fix my tooth before I left for a vacation. Everyone was professional, friendly and nice. Very much appreciated.
This was my first visit; I have never had such a comprehensive exam. I am impressed. The staff was exceptionally kind and professional. They took the time to explain procedures and answer all of my questions.
Wish I had read the other reviews before going here, but I was new to the area and, clearly, naive. Hands down the WORST experience I've ever had at the dentist - and that includes being fitted for braces back in the early 2000s. To begin with, I made an appointment online, only to arrive at the dentist and be told they were overbooked. I rescheduled, and their X-Ray tech had an emergency.
