The Staff at Aspen Dental in Chattanooga Tn on Shallowford made my experience wonderful! I was very embarrassed by my bottom teeth! I have dentures on top that needed attention as well! The Doctor and his Staff made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment plan! They even helped me with financing! I would refer anyone that needed dental work to them for sure! My first experience with Aspen Dental was great. From the moment I entered for my appointment to the moment I left the staff was very friendly, professional, and thorough. They explained everything to me, listened to my current wants and needs and did try to push me into every procedure I do need but cannot afford atm. I am astounded at all of these positive reviews. I moved to Chattanooga and needed a new dentist. Aspen Dental was close to my work so I decided to give it a try. They immediately decided I needed a crown. I have always taken good care of my teeth but foolishly did not get a second opinion. The FIRST crown I got put on was way too tight, probably because the dentist was too busy discussing his work trip to Mexico instead of paying attention. I was in absolute agony. I have a regular dentist however he stated that I need either a root canal or an extraction. However he couldn't do it at his office. Therefore, with me being in immense pain I decided to look to Aspen Dental for some relief. When I arrived at Aspen Dental I was given a friendly greeting. I have not felt comfortable with a dentist exam in years, the crew is welling and ready to answer all questions. They give more than enough information so you have a better understanding about your exam. Most of all, they have reasonable payment plan if it’s what you need.
